About
My name is Sydney Garl and I am a certified yoga instructor in Beaverton, Oregon. I am also a wife, mother, Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, and a mental health advocate who has lived experience with mental illness. I provide group and private yoga classes for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is to create a trauma-informed, inclusive yoga environment that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being. I believe yoga is a tool that everybody can utilize regardless of fitness level, body size, or physical impairment. My classes explore and incorporate a variety of different yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and breath work. Our bodies are constantly changing and I believe we must tap in and listen to what we need in order to maintain our health and well-being.
