About
Welcome! My name is Sydney Garl and I am a certified yoga instructor in Beaverton, Oregon. I am also a wife, mother, Registered Nurse, and a mental health advocate. I provide group and private yoga classes for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is to create a trauma-informed, inclusive environment that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being. I believe yoga is a tool that everybody can utilize regardless of fitness level, body size, age, or impairment. My classes explore and incorporate a variety of different yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and breath work. Our bodies are constantly changing and we must tap in and listen to what we need in order to maintain our health and well-being.
